Directions
Step 1: Add 3 scoops of powder to a glass. Step 2: Add 100 ml of water to the powder and stir with a fork until mixed. Step 3: Consume entire serve immediately after preparation.
Recommended intake of 1 serve per day (30 g powder), in addition to normal food.
