**Each Blackmores' standard fish oil 1000 capsule contains 300 mg of omega-3 marine triglycerides, inclusive of 180 mg Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and 120 mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) (Total EPA + DHA= 300 mg).

Take only ONE dose recommendation, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

 

For nervous and cardiovascular system health: Adults Take 1 capsule once a day.

 

For brain, eye, and skin health: Adults - Take 5 capsules once a day.

 

For general health and wellbeing:: Adults and children 2-17 years - Take 1 capsule once a day.
