It is recommended for nasal congestion, relief from dry and inflamed nasal passages due to colds, hay-fever and allergies, low humidity, minor nose bleeds, over-use of nasal decongestants and other nasal irritations. This product is suitable for babies, children and adults. Sterimar is isotonic which means it has the same concentration of salt as cells in the human body. It can be used daily to gently moisturise and clear nasal passages to relieve dry and stuffy noses.

Daily Nasal Hygiene and Congestion 1. Spray a small quantity through the nozzle before use 2. Spray STÉRIMAR into your left nostril 3. Blow the left side of your nose 4. Repeat for the right nostril 5. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and wipe
