When to use

2. Children aged 2-18 years old should have the samples collected and tested by an adult.
3. Do not use on Children under 2 years of age.
4. Do not use the kit contents beyond the expiration date printed on the outside of the box.
5. Use only the components supplied with this kit. Do not mix parts from other kits/lots.
6. Do not use if the pouch is damaged or expired. Do not reuse any component.
7. Avoid contact of the buffer with skin and eyes; do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water; if irritation persists, seek medical advice.
8. Read the result at 15 minutes; results are invalid after 20 minutes.
9. The test is intended for symptomatic use within the time windows listed above. It is less reliable later in infection and in asymptomatic individuals.
10. Negative results may occur if antigen levels are below the detection limit or if sampling is improper; they do not rule out infection or infectiousness. Consider repeat testing in 1–3 days if suspicion remains or where required.
11. Positive results do not rule out co-infection with other pathogens.
12. This test detects antigen (viable or non-viable) and is not for monitoring antiviral treatment.
13. Negative results do not exclude infection. Follow current government health messaging regarding confirmatory testing requirements.
