Use Cold: For temporary relief of sprains and strains, bumps & bruises, sport injuries, headaches, toothaches, insect bites, fevers.

Use Hot: For temporary relief of aches, arthritis, back pain, menstrual cramps, joint stiffness.

Warnings

Always Read the label. Follow the directions for use. Do not cut or puncture the pack. Discard if punctured or leaking. Product must be used first as an Instant Cold Pack. After the product is initially activated and returned to room temperature, then it can be placed in the freezer or microwave for re-use.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. The unsupervised use of this product by children, elderly or incapacitated persons may be dangerous. FIRST AID: To be used if contents are ingested, or exposed to skin or eyes. IF SWALLOWED

BEFORE ACTIVATION: Immediately give a glass of milk or water and contact Poisons Information Centre 13 11 26.

IF SWALLOWED AFTER ACTIVATION: Immediately give a glass of milk or water. First aid is not generally required. If in doubt, contact Poisons Information Centre or a doctor.

EYE CONTACT: Wash out immediately with fresh running water. Ensure complete irrigation of the eye by keeping eyelids apart and away from eye and moving the eyelids by occasionally lifting the upper and lower lids. If pain persists or recurs, seek medical attention. Removal of contact lenses after an eye injury should only be undertaken by skilled personnel.

SKIN CONTACT: Wash skin with running water (and soap if available). Seek medical attention in event of irritation.
