Step 1 : Wash your hands before and after dealing with a wound. Gently clean the wound and surrounding skin, and dry thoroughly. Step 2: Remove the backing paper and apply the dressing where required. Step 3: Once applied, remove the clear plastic cover. How to remove: Lift one corner to gently stretch outwards from the centre and lift away from the skin.
