Always Read the label. Follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. See package insert for complete instructions and important safety information. • May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH. • Tamper Evident: Do not use if tamper evident cap is damaged. Do not use if package has been opened or damaged. • Sterile until opened. Discard container 4 weeks after opening. Ophthalmic use only. • If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor or eye care professional. If the solution changes colour or becomes cloudy, do not use. • Do not use if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product. • Do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination. • Replace cap after use.

Ingredients

Polyethylene Glycol 400 4 mg/mL and Propylene Glycol 3 mg/mL with Boric Acid, Hydroxypropyl Guar, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Zinc Chloride, Polyquad (polyquaternium-1) as a preservative, purified water.
