Directions

Adults & Children over 10 years: One or two tablets at night. Tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of water. Do not crush or chew. Children 6-10 years: One tablet at night, under medical advice. Tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of water. Do not crush or chew.
