1. Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water. Do not use any liquid other than water. For infants and children under 12 years, use lukewarm water. 2.Empty contents of one sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved. 3.Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately. 4.Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. 5.
